JoAnne and I enjoyed an awesome visit at the Red Coat. Sandra was a most welcoming hostess, ensuring all guests are treated like family. The Red Coat is in a perfect location, close to everything and providing tranquility after a day exploring the region. We began each day with a hearty breakfast and conversation with the other guests. Be sure to try Abbie's home-made fudge, it is delicious. We recommend the Red Coat to anyone visiting the NOTL region.

Friendly, charming host and hostess. Beautifully restored house within walking distance of key buildings and monuments central to the war of 1812. Also nicely located for wine tours, antique-hunting, trail riding / walking, golf, the Falls. Good value and a great example of how a stay at a B & stay can be so much more enjoyable than a hotel. We would recommend The Red Coat to anyone seeking a tranquil place to stay but want to get out and explore the Niagara region
